One to One Incident Report
If you are having problems with your Chromebook make sure you have charger plugged in properly to include power brick to power cord. Hold the power button down until unit shuts down or powers up. WIFI issues see if your home wifi is working with another computer.
If unable to resolve issues a help desk will be available in the library from 7:30 am to 8:00 am during school days. You need to do the following before showing up to the help desk.
1. Submit an incident report at the link below (school google sign in from another device required).
2. You must have the following items with you or you will be turned away (1)Chromebook, (2)case that was issued to you and (3)power brick with cord.
