***Please use our 24-hour absence line 419-937-2802 when calling in a students absence, leave your name, students name, grade and the reason for the absence. When your student returns to school, a note with the dates of absence, the reason for the absence, and parent signature must be turned into the office.

**If you haven't logged into Final Forms this year, please do so. If there are no updating, the parent, and the student just needs to sign all documents and then you will be done.

is Saturday, November 10th: Jr. High is 5:30-7:00 and High School is 8:00-10:30

***Congratulations to our Boys Cross Country Team for qualifying to participate in the State Cross Country race coming this Saturday at National Trail Raceway in Hebron, OH.

***Pep Rally and Send off for our Boys Cross Country will be on Friday starting at 8:45 in the scarlet gym. The team will then leave by 9:00. Please come and join us and we celebrate and cheer these boys as they leave for Columbus! Let's go Chieftains!

***Congratulations on our winners of our FFA Job Interview CDE. In Division 4 Becky Greene placed 2nd and qualifies for the district event on 11/13. In Divison 1 Caroline Dye placed 1st and also qualifies for the district event on 11/13. KC Smith placed 3rd and is the 1st alternate, and Emma Shellhammer placed 4th and is the second alternate.

Any student who has been selected to attend the Toledo Walleye game are reminded that permission slips must be returned on Friday.  If you do not wish to attend, please notify the office ASAP.

Football players and Cheerleaders are reminded to please turn in banquet reservation forms ASAP

It's that time of the year again for the Athletic Boosters Annual Spirit Wear Sale. Flyers were sent home with students and extra flyers are in the office. Orders are due back by November 20th and items will be delivered before Christmas Break. If you have any questions please contact a Booster board member. Thank you for your continued support!

Meraki Salon and Barber located 205 Jefferson St. in Tiffin are graciously donating their free time all day on November 10th to offer updos for all girls attending our formal dance that day.  Please call the salon at 567-230-4146 to schedule your FREE appointment.

The youth from Bethel Baptist in Fostoria want YOUR help. We are collecting toys for the sick children at Toledo Children's Hospital. They are in need of musical toys such as maracas, toy pianos, tambourines, xylophones, toy drums, rattles, etc. You're more than welcome to bring other toys such as barbies, ponies, dollhouses, stuffed animals, toddler safe cars, dinosaurs, etc. We are not only looking for toys but things such as puzzles, coloring books, coloring utensils, legos, building blocks, etc.  Please help us make this Christmas special for the children at the hospital. Mark your calendars...December 5th will be the day Lifetouch will be here to take all club and group photos for the yearbook. More information to come.

***All students must park in the student parking lot and use the student entrance only.    Do not drive behind the school.

2018 yearbooks have arrived. You may pick your copy up in Mrs. Lucius' room either before or after school. Extra 2018 Yearbooks were sent, if you would like to purchase one please bring in a check for $50 as soon as possible before they run out.

Attention Seniors: If you are undecided about what you would like to do in the future you might want to consider the Fostoria Learning Center? They offer several training programs for in-demand careers right in Fostoria. You would have the ability to work and take training the training program at the same time. They welcome tours!          See Mrs. Hendrix for more information.

REMINDER: Please do not open doors for anyone trying to enter the building...other students, parents, visitors, delivery people etc. Please direct them to enter the office doors. This is a very important part of our security for our building.
