***Have you had a change in income and/or employment? Parents at any time can apply and fill out the Free and Reduced application found on our website. If approved, it can help cover some of the costs related to school fees for your student(s).

Application is under District - Cafeteria - Free and Reduced Information.

FINAL FORMS - This needs to stay updated at all times. Change in address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, medical records, etc. Please go to Final Forms and update, it will notify me of the changes, so we can keep our system with the most current and updated information on each student.  Thank you for your cooperation!

OPEN ENROLLMENT - Administration will be meeting in Mid-May, and Approval/Decline letters will be sent out after that for the 2020-2021 School year.

SENIORS - An email was sent to you all regarding a graduation information sheet that you would normally fill out during graduation practice. However, since they are unsure how graduation will look I wanted to email this out ahead of time because I still need this information back from EVERY senior regardless.

I use these sheets to gather information about your senior class that is valuable to the school and helps with graduation. On this sheet, I need to know where to send your final transcript after graduation to ensure your all set for college in the fall. If you do not have access to a printer you are able to send me the information in an email but be sure to answer all the questions, please!

JUNIORS - Please make sure all Cruise Fundraiser tickets and money are turned in on or before May 7th. Contact Mrs. Gelinas at 419-934-3088, if you need her to pick up your tickets and money.

The FFA is planning a series of Zoom Broadcasts for the week of May 11th at noon to recognize member's accomplishments this year.

Seniors and 7th Graders for 2020-2021 School Year - A letter was sent home to you regarding the importance of getting your required vaccinations before starting school in August. 7th graders are required to receive the Quadrivalent Meningococcal Conjugate (Menactra) and Tdap. Seniors are required to receive the Quadrivalent Meningococcal Conjugate (Menactra). Ohio requires that copies of the following immunization records be turned into the school office prior to the start of the 2020-2021 School Year. CLASS OF 2024 Washington D.C. Trip Update-

The Washington D.C. trip scheduled for this May will be postponed till a later date.  Nowak Tours has been extremely helpful in dealing with numerous questions and has offered me several suggestions.   Currently, I am looking into the possibility of taking the trip at the end of the summer, in between sports this fall or possibly with the class of 2025 next spring.  I understand that the dates of the trip could impact your decision and will get those to you once it is decided. This decision may not be made until later this summer once school and sports schedules are more finalized.   

Few things to know:

  1. If you cancel now my understanding is that you will be refunded 80-85% of the amount you paid (that covers deposits that other companies *not NOWAK* are keeping)
  2. A refund will take a while to get.
  3. If you need to cancel later because of the date or otherwise that is okay...see #1/#2.
  4. For those still planning on traveling to Washington D.C. at a later date, funds already paid will be transferred in their entirety.  
  5. You may hold off on making final payments if you have not paid them at this time.
