**Please use our 24-hour absence line 419-937-2802 when calling in a students absence, leave your name, students name, grade and the reason for the absence. When your student returns to school, a note with the dates of absence, the reason for the absence, and parent signature must be turned into the office.

**If you haven't logged into Final Forms this year, please do so. If there are no updating, the parent, and the student just needs to sign all documents and then you will be done.  


Congratulations to Bryston Smith for being selected to represent Sentinel at the Tiffin Rotary Club for Student of the month in December.

Congratulations to Rachel Faber and Jordan Foster for being recognized at the 20th Annual Celebrate Youth Luncheon for being outstanding leaders.

Congratulations to Tori Losey for being one of the winners of the Seneca County Museum Advisory Boards 2018 Poster Contest.

The Chieftains shared the 2018 Cody Rainey Chieftain Tip-Off Championship with the Ridgedale Rockets in honor of Jake Matteson.

Thanks to all who made the 2018 Cody Rainey Chieftain Tip-Off Tournament a success! Money collected from t-shirt sales, program sales, and donations will be donated to the Rainey Scholarship Fund. The amount is currently at #326, but there are more t-shirts available of interested.

Some Highschool girls have cut out yellow flowers that you may purchase in honor of Kenadee for $1.00. They will be selling them at all home basketball games as well as in the office for $1.00. They will be stringing them together and presenting them on February 7th, which will be the Girls Basketball "Choose Happy" game in honor of Kenadee's Birthday. You may write a note and your name on the flowers and they will be given to the Siebenaller family after the game. All Proceeds will also be going to the Siebenaller Family.

The Weight room is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday after school for all athletes not currently in a winter sport. All football players not in a winter sport are encouraged to attend.

Attention girls in grades 5-8! BGSU is hosting a Computer Science Mentorship Program one Sunday afternoon per month from Jan-May. The cost is $100. Please see Mrs. Arnold if interested in further details.

The youth from Bethel Baptist in Fostoria want YOUR help. We are collecting toys for the sick children at Toledo Children's Hospital. They are in need of musical toys such as maracas, toy pianos, tambourines, xylophones, toy drums, rattles, etc. You're more than welcome to bring other toys such as barbies, ponies, dollhouses, stuffed animals, toddler safe cars, dinosaurs, etc. We are not only looking for toys but things such as puzzles, coloring books, coloring utensils, legos, building blocks, etc.  Please help us make this Christmas special for the children at the hospital. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  You may also visit her in AA Tuesday and Thursdays in Mr. Jurys or on Wednesday and Fridays in Mr. Hecklers.

***All students must park in the student parking lot and use the student entrance only.    Do not drive behind the school.

REMINDER: Please do not open doors for anyone trying to enter the building...other students, parents, visitors, delivery people etc. Please direct them to enter the office doors. This is a very important part of our security for our building.
